Pre-Baby Travels

So Little Miss Adelyn has not yet arrived, so I thought I would Catch you up to date on what we've been up to the past 6th months while we've been waiting for her:

First...the travels. We have taken advantage of traveling these past 6 months, and have had a great time!! My parents took us to Florida in January, where we enjoyed a great Family Disney Vacation:

And we visited one of my favorite places...Kennedy Space Center:

Shortly after we returned from the south, we went north to one of our favorite spots: the NorthShore in Minnesota. We justified this trip as our "Babymoon", whatever that may mean. It
was a great long weekend of hanging out, hiking in the snow, and trying our darndest to stay warm (it was cold!!!). Regardless, it was a great weekend away to spend time together in one of our favorite spots:

Brrrrrrrr!!! Minnesota sure can get cold!!!

Then after a spring filled with work obligations, and getting more stuff ready for the baby, we finally ventured out again in the summer beginning with a trip to Chicago to celebrate the Wedding of two of our great great friends: Scott and Maggie! It was a gorgeous wedding and we were so blessed to be able to celebrate their marriage!!

And shortly after their wedding, we headed up North again to Tofte, MN to celebrate another wedding...this time one of a great family friend. Congrats Leigh and Tyler!! It was a beautiful wedding on Lake Superior!

And so ends our travel season pre-baby!!! We already have plans in place to travel post-baby, and we can't wait to introduce her to the world of traveling and show her what a huge part of our life it is, and will be with another member of our family!

OH WAIT - I forgot to blog about a great trip that we took to New York City!!!! We surprised my cousin Jen for her 30th and took her on a long weekend trip to NYC:) That will have to be the next post, because it's too long and too much fun to write about with this post:) Stay tuned...
